★11F・“The First Step” Leading to the World

Panel Exhibition introducing communication & cooperation activities by NPOs & NGOs, small lectures, video, presentation, stage events, trial of ethnic clothes from foreign countries, photo display etc.  Snacks from overseas available, too.

★10F・Tabunka Museum

11:00-16:00 Indonesia: Batik Exhibition, Making Key Chains.  China: Chinese Tea Ceremony, Calligraphy Class, Chinese Ink Painting Exhibition.  Columbia: Photo Quiz.  Australia: Handcrafted Colorful Fish.  Finland: Making Post Cards.  Peru: Making Straps.  Exhibition of ethnic clothes from various countries.

★9F・Tabunka MIA Village

Sale of sweets from Thailand, Malaysia, USA, and Sri Lanka.  There will be a corner introducing MIA and a corner for tasting anti-disaster foods.

★2F・Tabunka Hall

11:00-12:15 Puppet Play. Booking required.

13:30-17:55 Dance Lessons, Comedy Stage “MI1 Grant Prix,” “Magic & Quiz Show,”  Wadaiko (Japanese Drums), Andes Music Stage with Musician KUNTUR’s performance. No booking required for the afternoon events.

Tasty meals from USA, Argentina, India, Indonesia, Korea, Columbia, Singapore, Sudan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Taiwan, Bangladesh, Peru, and local street shops will be sold!

Swing 2F, 11:00-12:15 ( Doors open at 10:40)  Reservation required. Capacity: 180 people in order of application.  Aimed at children aged three years and above and their parents.  Admission is free.  Apply through FAX or MIA Website using the application form giving your name, address, phone and FAX numbers, as well as your child’s name and age, to MIA Kids Play Club Festival Course.  Reservation number will be notified by return.
